Using Kaiplan
Kaiplan is a personal organization tool for managing events, tasks, reminders, and related planning information. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping backups when needed.
Storage and backup
Kaiplan follows a local-first approach and keeps main planning data on the device. It provides backup export and restoration, while the operating system may offer its own mechanisms when available. No storage or backup system guarantees absolute recovery.
Google Calendar
You may voluntarily connect a Google Account to display authorized calendars and events. The current integration is read-only: Kaiplan cannot create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.
Synchronization depends on Google services, internet access, granted permissions, and app rules, so displayed information may not reflect external changes instantly. You may disconnect at any time. Disconnection clears locally stored Google data but does not delete original Google Calendar events.
Synchronization
Kaiplan may perform periodic automatic synchronization when the app's conditions are met. In the free version, requesting an immediate manual synchronization may require voluntarily viewing a rewarded ad. Automatic synchronization does not depend on that ad.
Advertising
The free version may display third-party advertising, including Google AdMob. Availability may vary by device, region, connection, and provider. An unavailable ad does not prevent normal use of features unrelated to that optional action.
Third-party services
Some features depend on external providers, including Google and other services listed in the Privacy Policy. Kaiplan does not control their availability, changes, interruptions, or restrictions.
Future features
Features described as planned, future, or in development may change, be delayed, or not become available. Creating, editing, or deleting Google Calendar events is not part of the currently available read-only integration.
Notifications and reminders
Notifications depend on device permissions and settings. Do not rely on Kaiplan as the only reminder for situations where a missed notification could cause significant risk or loss.
Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect new features, integrations, or changes to Kaiplan. The latest update date will appear on this page.
Privacy
Information handling and integrations are described in the Privacy Policy.
